Advanced Outstanding Facilitator Programme (AOFP)

Advanced facilitators confidently utilise innovative facilitation techniques to increase their effectiveness and expertise. You will be able to accelerate the thinking and learning of all colleagues and pupils to a profound level. They will also be able to effectively lead groups and teams of facilitators.

This programme consists of 4 focused sessions with a series of post session challenges, typically completed over a 4-week period.  The sessions are typically run over 3-hour sessions. The programme has been designed for delivery online.

In addition to the Outstanding Facilitation Programme accreditation, full attendance of this programme will accredit you to role-model advanced and varied facilitation techniques to groups of colleagues; and lead, coach, and mentor a team of OLEVI facilitators to drive improvement in their organisations.
