Advanced Power of Coaching Programme (APOC)

Description

Advanced coaches confidently utilise developed techniques to increase their effectiveness and expertise. Through informal coaching conversations, formal coaching sessions and structured coaching programmes you will ensure clarity, inspire confidence and create momentum for colleagues, students and teams to achieve both professional and organisational goals. You will lead effective coaching across groups and teams.

In addition to the Power of Coaching accreditation, full attendance of this programme will accredit you to: coach and mentor colleagues and students to improve their learning, leadership and wellbeing; design your own coaching models to fit your context; be empowered to lead a team of coaches in developing a coaching ethos.

This programme is for:

• Teachers, educators and trainers
• Middle & senior leaders
• Mentors & coaches
• Associate staff
• Those who have completed the Power of Coaching (POC) or equivalent Level 3 coaching programme

The APOC consists of 2 full day sessions and 1 half day session with a series of pre/post session challenges and is facilitated by one of OLEVI’s Professional Facilitators.
