Analytical Coaching Explained (ACE)

Coaching Cultures are embedded by having the right people utilising the right processes. The Power of Coaching has some exciting new additions, including our innovative 12-week structured Analytical Coaching Programme. This programme provides OLEVI coaches with a powerful programme to grow and empower colleagues to learn, improve and embed new pedagogical practices. This session will ensure facilitators can confidently explore a range of strategies like Analytical Coaching with their delegates.

The ACE programme consists of a 2-hour twilight session, facilitated throughout the academic year, run by one of our OLEVI Professional Facilitators. The programme has been designed for delivery online.

Full attendance at this programme will ensure delegates reaffirm their understanding of the fundamentals of coaching; explore the new theory, models and resources included in the Power of Coaching and Advanced Power of Coaching; and can confidently articulate OLEVI’s Analytical Coaching Cycle to delegates so they can use it to empower colleagues to improve pedagogy.
