Description
Coaching supervisors will understand the purpose and power of coaching supervision, mastering the skills and processes required to
ensure transformative impact on coaching practitioners. The tools and collaborative process harnessed will enable coaches to be ‘more
reflective, to become more effective’. This is continual advancement for coaching professionals.
This programme consists of 3 sessions, typically completed over an 8 week period.
Session 1 – Power of Supervision Programme:
Explores the purpose and power of coaching supervision and experience the transformative impact of high-quality supervision through facilitator modelling using the Parallel Process and peer supervision.
Sessions 2 and 3 – OLEVI Coaching Supervision Accreditation:
Master the skills and processes needed to be accredited as a OLEVI Coaching Supervisor.
This programme is for:
– Experienced coaches
– Leaders working with coaches within their organisation
– Those who have completed the Advanced Power of Coaching (APOC) or equivalent level 5 coaching programme
