| | Benefits | Expert professional coaches develop high performing people and teams. You will further develop and deepen your understanding of coaching beyond the APOC whilst also understanding how to develop people to this level and implement strategies to embed a highly effective coaching culture across organisations. | | Logistics | This programme consists of 2 focused sessions with a series of post session challenges, completed over a 5 week period. The sessions are 3 hours each + 1 hour Viva Voce format. The programme has been designed for delivery online. | | Accreditation | In addition to the POC and APOC accreditation, full attendance at this programme will accredit you to work externally as an OLEVI Professional Coach (OPC) across our network of national and international schools; lead a coaching strategy to suit any context; and give you access to our Professional Coaching CPD. |
