Outstanding Facilitator Programme (OFP)

Description

OLEVI facilitators develop the theory, processes and skills needed to be an effective leader of learning, empowering others to transform their practice, approach and mind-set. You will learn how to create a focused thinking space; provide a dynamic varied learning experience; and ultimately inspire a commitment to professional and organisational change amongst colleagues.

This programme consists of 3 sessions focused on developing outstanding facilitation skills with a series of pre/post session challenges, typically completed within two weeks.  The sessions are 3 hours each and will be run during morning or afternoon sessions. The programme has been designed for online, face to face or blended facilitation.

Full attendance of this programme will accredit you to recognise, articulate and model best practice; deliver high quality challenging and engaging learning experiences – from meetings to CPD sessions; role model the 4 key principles of Outstanding Facilitation; and drive a learning culture of continual improvement.
