Senior Leadership in Education Train the Trainer (SOLE TTT)

Description

On the SOLE programme, existing and aspiring senior leaders will create an aspirational vision and learn how to balance challenge and support, successfully overcoming complex barriers to achieve significant and sustainable impact.  Delegates will gain greater clarity, grow confidence, and develop the competence of senior leaders – enabling strategic reflection on organisational improvement.

This train the trainers programme consists of 3 focused sessions with a series of post session challenges, completed within one week.  The sessions are 3 hours each and are run in twilight sessions. The programme has been designed for delivery online.

As an existing accredited OLEVI Facilitator having previously completed the OFP, full attendance of this programme will accredit you to be an OLEVI Facilitator of the Senior Outstanding Leadership in Education Programme.
