Description
This programme explores the purpose and power of coaching supervision, enabling delegates to experience the transformative impact of high-quality supervision through evidence-based approaches, facilitator modelling and peer supervision.
Coaching supervisors enable coaches to be ‘more reflective, to become more effective’. Delegates will be able to develop the knowledge, skills and understanding needed to be accredited as a OLEVI Coaching Supervisor. This is continual advancement for coaching professionals.
This programme is for:
- Experienced coaches
- Leaders working with coaches within their organisation
- Those who have completed the Advanced Power of Coaching (APOC) or equivalent Level 5 coaching programme
The OCS consists of 3 x 3-hour sessions, with a series of pre/post session challenges, and is facilitated by an OLEVI Professional Facilitator who is also a Professional Coach and Coaching Supervisor.
