Outstanding Facilitator Programme (OFP)

Description

OLEVI facilitators develop the theory, processes and skills needed to be an effective leader of learning, empowering others to transform their practice, approach and mind-set. You will learn how to create a focused thinking space, provide a dynamic varied learning experience, and ultimately inspire a commitment to professional and organisational change amongst colleagues.

Full attendance of this programme will accredit you to recognise, articulate and model best practice.  You will be able to: facilitate high quality, challenging and engaging learning experiences across a range of contexts, from meetings to CPD sessions; understand and role model OLEVI’s four key principles of outstanding facilitation; drive a learning culture of continual improvement.

The OFP consists of 3 x 3-hour sessions, with a series of pre/post session challenges, and is facilitated by one of OLEVI’s Professional Facilitators.
