Delegates will gain a deep understanding of the OLEVI essence, principles, attributes, audits and approaches that enable outstanding leadership, based on OLEVI’s 3Cs and the CSI models.

Whether you are already involved with the OLEVI leadership programmes within your organisation or new to OLEVI, this session will examine how the 3Cs can be applied across various contexts to develop exceptional leadership.

• Facilitators seeking to maximise their impact on leadership using OLEVI’s models and audits.
• Senior leaders seeking to deepen their understanding of how the OLEVI principles, attributes, audits, and approaches foster outstanding leadership.
• New and prospective members interested in exploring the benefits a leadership framework can offer.

The OLEVI Essence of Leadership is a 2-hour online masterclass, led by one of OLEVI’s Professional Facilitators.  This event will be held twice in an academic year.
